Position
Summary: This position will help to supervise and provide work direction for bargaining unit employees. Also it will be important to schedule and assign work, handle safety contacts, observations and meetings among other things.
Background Profile:
Our client would like a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
Prefer that you have five plus (5+) years of experience with high voltage power distribution equipment, AC/DC motors and compressed air systems.
Our client requests that you have experience with coordinating: the operation, maintenance, testing, installation and metering of all plant electrical systems. Responsible for all AC systems utilizing 138kV, 25kV, 13.8kV, 6.9kV, 2.3kV and DC systems rated at 750 VDC and 250 VDC.
Hopefully you possess strong leadership skills with the ability to provide direction to others
Ideally we need someone that can assist with planning and managing outages and interfacing with operating and maintenance departments during outages. This includes coordinating work with contractors.
Exceptional analytical skills for problem solving and excellent communication skills will go a long way here
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
