Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center - We have an excellent opportunity for a Dietary Supervisor with experience effectively leading and managing the dietary department within a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities include:
Planning, preparing and serving regular, modified consistency and therapeutic diets using the corporate menu programInteracts and builds rapport with residents, their families, visitors and vendors as well as facility and corporate staffOn the job training and work performance management including disciplinary actions.
Supervisors food preparation and delivery of food including dining room services.
Will be required to work rotating shifts, holidays, weekends, additional hours and in different positions as the facility's needs require Qualifications needed to be considered for this position include:
One or more years of experience leading and managing all aspects of a dietary department within a healthcare environmentKnowledge of state and federal regulationsProficiency with computer software applications and internet based programs relating to healthcare menu planning, ordering, inventory management, reporting, etc.
